Ok, with the help of omgitsroy, I fixed the uneven gap between the lower lip pieces. It's really easy to fix and it probably takes a few minutes. All you need is a screw driver. First look for a bolt that's directly behind the middle of the 2 lips (not too far in) and you can probably unscrew it with your hands. Then you move about 4 inches away from the center (away as in towards the sides of the car) of the lip you want to adjust and unscrew that screw using a regular screwdriver. After you're done you can use a little bit of force to push the lip back in until both lips are flush together. Then simply re-screw everything back together and you're done. The only problem is that this only solves the uneveness problem (1 sticking out more than the other)... it won't solve the other gap problem (both lips are too far apart to touch each other... sorta like how some people have a gap between their 2 front teeth). Once again, thanks to omgitsroy for his help.

So the two pieces don't match up evenly. It almost looks like its an extra piece that you can detach? Wow, how can any of those leave the plant unnoticed?

Actually the picture the OP posted is slightly better than mine. His lower front lips are only uneven and there seems to be minimal gap between the lips... On the other hand, I have his problem AND a slight gap between them... When I took it into Longo Lexus they said that a lot of 2ISes had the same problem and the service advisor even showed me 4 diff ISes with the same problem but each with a different degree of uneveness and gaps. I think both lips are separate from each other AND separate from the car. If I wasn't so lazy I would completely unscrew both lips and re-attach them so that they would perfectly join together.
