Most (99%) of all lexus owners never set a code on there radio. The factory set code is the last 4 digits of the key code, Although I have heard it is the last 4 digits of the vin #. Either way I beleive you have 10 tries. I have never heard of anyone needing a code for there audio. What are your concerns ?

Cause I have an Acura MDX that all their radio and navi need to enter a code everytime you disconnect the battery. So i just wonder do lexus do the same on their system.

don't worry about the keycode. Lexus radio is smart and it is designed for each car. So if you battery is disconnected, and you don't need to enter a code. I got my battery disconnected once, I didn't have to enter a code at all.

Correct disconnect at your leisure. I did to self install XM receiver. Hooked everything back up and 14k miles later no problem.
