Bought a separate set of 18" OEM rims.

Bought the secondary set of TPMS'

Bought the winter tires.

Lexus wants $469 just for the labor to put the package together and get the wheels on the car.

How many of you guys would try taking the car somewhere else to mount instead of Lexus? My only real concern is getting the sensors right.

I believe you need a scan tool to enter the serial numbers of the TPMS sensors into the computer. $469 sounds outrageous for what they are doing, however.

Again, for winter only can we just NOT use the TPSM on the winter wheel+tire setup? So we disable the TPSM in our car until the non winter wheel+tire are installed back. Save that $469 Lexus labor + $400 of extra set of TPSM sensor. Just my 2cents.
