Another rule I might add ....do not wash the car. A person ,with the best intentions ,may wash or have the car washed incorrectly. Could mean scratched paint or stripped wax.

Holy thread resurrection!

I never updated the thread, but my bro borrowed my car for the weekend successfully w/o any problems. In the end its only a car.

my brother took my car to a job interview the 2nd day i had my car. he drove it close to 100mph according to his friend(who went with him). i had a bunch of bug splatters on my window afterwards ... oh well. its a lease. =)

oh and he took my car because his audi a4 had a flat tire. haha

I have one sister - one sister for my whole life. I will have many many cars in my lifetime. Cars come and go, but family/friends stay with me for a lifetime. At the end of the day - it's just a hunk of metal.

if you have that many thing to watch out for you are better off just not letting him borrow it.
