Same reason what keeps me away from the is350 because if i trade my car in now.. i'll probably keep that car for about 3 yrs or so.. but i'l lhave the "same" car for 4 yrs.. haha call me spoiled i don't care but its who i am and i pay fo rmy own cars and support myself. heh

Well, the decision is yours, but a few comments. The NA2 years NSX you mentioned above is faster than the IS350 although only very slightly. Everything else performance wise is much better than the IS350. Daily driving the NSX? Sure why not? I did the very same thing for a while. It was no big deal if you don't need the space. I could still hold my golf clubs in the back and stop at the store if I needed anything. Heck, I even cary my floor jack in the trunk at times I daily drove the NSX to work right up until I had to find street parking. That is different since having the NSX parked on the steet everyday might be a little too much risk.

Maintenence on an NSX is only a couple hundred more than any other typical 6 cylinder Acura. In fact, maintenence on my NSX over all has been cheaper than on my 04 RX330. Insurance for the same type of coverage is also cheaper due to the years of the car.

Anyway, this is just one owners perspective.

While i think NSX is super sweet car, you def. need a daily driver if you want to get NSX. My freind has 2004 NSX and he usually take me with his car. I am scare *****less in his car. Very low and feel like I am on a piece of paper board travelling 100mph.

For trading in with 2007 IS350, you are going to have to take so much hit (about 30%, i think) for the first year trade in. I was itching for twin turbo 335i and I tried to trade it in. The numbers that they gave me were just insulting. So, I finally decided to keep it and may be i will wait for new M3.
