I just got my Is 3 weeks ago, it killed me prying off the sill plate(not that it was hard but because its so new!) but there was a plug there, some say you will still have to splice, because the IS250 base has a dead plug there.

mine 2006 IS350 and it came with preinstalled because of the luxury package, so i'm sure its plug and play even on 2006

so my 07 250 with prem and nav will be plug and play even though I don't have lux or sport?

not so sure about the 2007 isgrrl but for the 2006 if you didnt have a sport package it was NOT plug and play. there was slicing of the wires required thus as much as i wanted to do this mod i thought it wasnt quite worth it due to the splicing

I still havnt seen anybody prove that the 07 non X-pack is plug and play.Can someone post some pics of a 07 prem or lux install??

The Luxury package has always come with the things pre-installed. Check Lexus' website, that's proof enough.
