Actually when I said little over an hour I was being nice, it was actually little less than 2 hours, ahah. To all the people satisfied with the fact that they didn't F up their cars, why did you even get a Lexus if you assume they give crappy service anyway. I went with Lexus cause the dealership I bought the car from, Prestige Lexus in NJ. Now that was first class service to me. =)

I don't assume crappy service. If you go in expecting that, then you won't be disappointed. People buy a Lexus, then expect the world to kiss their a$$. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Post sale (and pre-sale for that matter) customer service in this country, regardless of brand, ranks pretty low.

Funny... I mean, the truth is, Lexus is nothing special... I mean, even if you buy a ferarri or lambo, the dealerships still are the same, and they still have attitude and can treat you like crap...

If you really want "royal" treatment, you need a Rolls or a Bentley... Not a Lexus for crying out loud... I mean, it's Toyota... 100,000s of thousands of Lexus are in America, it's a normal car, nothing special...

That's crap. you come to expect a level of service when you pay the premium for this car. A car is the second largets purchase you're likely to ever make. If you want that level of service, go to a Chevy dealership; buy a Malibu.

Isn't it true that if you drive constantly with 91 in the gas tank, if you switch to 87 for a full tank, you will immediately notice it? I think so. If that is true, my dealership used premium fuel cause I never felt the different.
