Default What psi do you have on your Dunlops?

For the ISes with 17" OEM Dunlop 5000m's, what psi do you have in your
tires? What's the recommended psi? I know the max is 51, mine was at 33,
now I put it up to 36 psi. The tire feels tightly inflated already. I don't want
to put it up anywhere near 40 psi, afraid it could be too much. What psi
are in your tires? Thanks.

TimboIS is correct. But 32psi is always a good number for any passenger car
when in doubt.

Dude, you need to spend some quality time with the owner's manual.

Yes, the Dunlops are 35 psi front and 37 psi rear. And the car takes 91+ octane fuel (that's the BLUE pump at the Mobil station).

Yes I know we all like to drive the IS, but I think one would get more out of the car if they took the time to learn all the features and how they worked. Its time well spent IMHO, and will make your drive time more enjoyable.

Default 35 & 37 are recommended for the 18"s

35 front and 37 rear are recommended for the 18 inch tires on the 350.

I always ran my 17" Dunlops according to the door sticker, 35 front, 37 rear. However after my 5000 mile service I checked the pressure again after noticing reduced ride quality. The dealer mechanics lowered the pressure in all four wheels to 30 psi. I aired the tires back up to the recommended level and the ride quality returned to normal again.
