Would this be a good deal, fair deal, or too much?
I spec'd an IS250 and offered a dealer an OTD price for it.
Specs are:
'07 IS250 RWD
Premium package
Navigation
Parking assist
Xenons + headlamp washers
Ground effects kit + spoiler
In your opinion, what would be a fair offer, good deal, etc?
I'll post what my offer was after a few replies.

whats the tax rate in PA??? I was once quoted 38k OTD (for same specs, except the effects kit and spoiler) in CA (few months ago on an 06). IMO, 39k is a very good price.
