So $208 for labor, and $245 for the spoiler = $453 total. Wow, that's a lot. If my wife wanted the spoiler on her Crystal White IS, I'd get the eBay part (assuming its factory and painted the exact same color), and install it with tape.
Technique is right -- 2 hours work for installing this spoiler is highway robbery. I added rear door sill scuff plates to my Lincoln using the double-sided molding tape STIG mentioned, and it was about 15 minutes of work.
