2 weeks after tint installed I see that 3 of 4 weather strips are cut, 2 by the side mirrors. Also a 1 inch abrashion on the door panel edge inside by the window. I know it would be quite expensive to replace everything and they prob. would say go to H_ll. So Is this worth pursueing? It sucks cause this 42K car is ony 1 month old.

Decided not worth fretting about it . Only I can see where the cuts are and any way it's just a car that's going to get scratches and rock chips and sh_t on. So now it's not new any more and I can relax find my "Chi". I have more import things to think about like installing a new Tanabe exhaust this week.

Absolutely, I would pursue it, if the weatherstripping is cut. That assumes that it's actually cut, and not just "scratched".

Same thing happened to me. they scratched that black plastic surround just inside the window on all four doors. I ended up taking it back and letting them know that they were the only ones that could have done it.... no one else ever sits in the passenger or rear seats of my car. it wasn't like that at the dealer (i went over it with a fine-toothed comb). They reimbursed me for two of the plastic surrpounds ($89 x 2). They should have replaced all four but we settled on two as it's a he said/ she said sort of thing.
