Does anyone know how much it would cost to lease a Lexus IS 250/350? Anyone have general information on it. Lexus has no information on leasing prices on their website and they can't tell me anything over the phone without all my information. I am just looking for some rough estimates.
Thanks,
Harrison

can i ask why you'd rather buy than lease even if you're only keeping the car for a short amount of time? it doesn't make much sense financially...but i would like to know if im wrong.

i paid first month payment and 520 a month for 48 monthes with a 15,000 mile per year allowence and a guranteed buyback in writing from my broker.
I like to lease my cars because i only usually keep the car the length of factory warranty if that, also trying to sell a car is a hassle and i have spent hundreds of dollars listing it, taking time off from my day to show it to tire kickers and lowballers. For me its a convience factor at the end of the lease you go get another car with little or no hassle unless you did not follow the rules of you lease.
do i loose money? Im sure i do, but owning a car you can loose money as well. To each his own.......
if you want to say leasing a car does not make sense, nither does paying rent or leasing a condo and making a devloper rich, or buying a 5.00 cup of coffee at starbucks but millions of people do that cars are not an investment no matter how you look at it so what is the point of owning it?
Buying aftermarket rims is a waste of money too, but i spend thousands on a set of good rims knowing in a year there worth half the retail value if that.

i think people should try to do the math and try to see how much it would be worth in the years down the line... it's a little hard to calculate with all the variables... but if you're paying like 25k in the end for a 35k car .. that's only 10k more... and if it can sell for 18k at the end.. you can easily see the difference.
i've been reading that bimmers have good lease values... if that's the case you should get a bimmer since it's under warranty and great lease rate. Lexus seems to have high lease rates.. they're pretty much saying "buy our car "
that's my thought...

This can get into a huge argument that probably has already been discussed. Doing a search in the internet can answer many of your questions.
here is good article I found.

That's with $3600 down plus that doesn't include tax. Just with sport pkg is kind of a weak option list. I've looked into a loaded 335 sedan and it'll cost $700 plus a month with just first month payment down.
