Same here. Only about 1,500 miles, but my Dunlops have been flawless. I've had some really crappy Bridgestone tires in the past, too. No tire is perfect, and every manufacturer produces tires with problems from time to time.

Have to say my Bridgestone tyres ride very smooth and are much quieter than the Dunlops shod on the IS350 I drove for a week. As for the ride I thought they rode pretty much the same. To each their own I guess. The RE050 tyre is a direct result of knowledge learned from their F1 rain tyre.....one of the finest tyres ever made.

Just wondering if the dealer found any problems. It is a very weird issue.

The dealer I bought it from performed a road force balancing job on them, found 3 tires excerting 14lbs of force and the drv rear excerting 20lbs. While the drv rear was on there I could physically see it out of round. I asked for it to be replaced.

They stated they would have to order one and for me to call them back in a day or so if the balance job doesn't resolve the issue.

I thought *screw that* and took it to another dealer who performed another road force balance job. They indicated that the tires were out of balance badly, once they balanced them 99.9% of the vibration went away.

So I am currently happy,

James
