Opinion on Tailight trim
Just wanted know everyones opinion on this tailight trim I found on

looks more american with that, i think lincoln is starting to do that. i'm sure more attentive people will know the brand.

It may look good on a ligher colored car with other chrome accents, but it stands out too much on a dark colored car (such as the black IS online)...

yeah i agree, take a look at the headlight trim on that site too, it doesnt look as bad

exactly what i wanted to say. absolute no on an IS... even the headlight ones. i just don't like them at all on any car actually...

first saw this on a new CLK and was wondering if it was a dealer installed option....the CLK was a baby blue so it looked weird but sorta ok. but i think in the end the question is, WHY?

they had that on the last gen ES series...looks like the chrome accents on a benz, only its a lexus.. and it doesnt look good.
