Anyone have the whole TSIB on PDF. I wanna print the first page and bring it to the dealer. Gonna try to get them to do it when I bring it in for the fuel line TSIB.

You mean this one?
My car qualifies, but the noise went away on its own, and honestly, if I don't need anyone tearing up my engine, I'd rather keep it that way.

Yeah, Thanks.

I used to have access to all this stuff when I was a Lexus Tech.

I also get this sound on start up, its been happening more frequently (as it is getting colder in the DC metro area). At first I thought it was the motor the telescopes the steering wheel outwards, but thats probably not it. I guess this is a pretty common problem.

Same here! It NEVER happened again after I changed my oil to Mobil 1. Maybe it's just coincidence? I don't know, but it doesn't matter to me anymore.

i am happy to say the noise is completely gone and never to be heard again. thank goodness. i feel so much better. i could reproduce the noise 100% of the time but again....it's only happens on the first start. after that, you have to wait awhile...a long while, like overnight.

they fixed it in no time flat, i'm pretty sure they didn't tear up my engine. if you complain, they should fix it regardless but they asked to hear mine so i let them keep my car overnight, in exchange for an rx of course.

i vote get this done and spare yourself the embarassment. in an enclosed [parking] garage, it sounds like hell.

Thank you so much for posting the TSIB. Even the dealer was amazed that I had a copy of it. He thanked me and said he will keep this in their IS350 Repair Package. Now lets see if the repair fixes the problem. Thank you for posting the TSIB.

Is there a Lexus IS 350 Link for all TSIB's posted?

Thanks
NBhargava
