I took my car for a oil change and the was recommended the 120,000 service kn my vehicle. I said let me get the plugs changed and oil change and they changed some more fluids. When I picked up my car it sounds like a truck in which it use to be quiet before. My car is embarrassing. The lexus place says they don't hear anything. I recorded the noise when in my garage. My car dosen't have a smooth sound any longer. I'm very disappointed but I'm not going to keep walking away dissatisfied.
i told them my car needs to sound like it did when i brought it in. Also the accelerate paddle is hard to press.

Print the service record and maybe someone can advise. Record the sound for refrence too. What oil has been in it and what oil did they put in it? Imagine it's fleet and likely not synthetic so post up details...

If the vehicle has ran long on OCI's or does a bunch of short trips, this issue will be exasperated.
