I live near Pohanka Lexus. From my expericence, they can offer better price in terms of new purchases. They have so much inventory (drive by them everyday). In terms of dealer services, I wouldn't take my car to the Pohanka, Linsey is much better for the quality & service attitude although Pohanka is slightly better in terms prices. However, my wife got much better serivices from them compare to me, of course they're hoping to selling her somethings sometimes. So, I had her to take the car to get all the serivice, the warranty works & free car washes. In the end, Pohanka is for purchase & Linsey is for service. However, I would consider to pay a slight premium, if any, to the dealer if I plan to take my car for service very often. They are always treat the customers who purchased the cars from them better although it's not publicly announced.

got two benzs from them, they're certainly much better than the HBL & the Alexandria in new cars purchase price & services. But I don't see it is any better compare to the lower service rated Lexus dealer like Pohanka. Where are my complementary Haloge Daze icecreams? Raise your expections!!!
