What we need is this...
A module that emulates DVD Mode Exactly like the ML Systems.
We do not have ML, therefore the DVD Mode is still OPEN.
Since we DO NOT have ML, there is no way of turning on that OPEN port.
Nav TV simulates a ML System by emulating DVD Mode. It allows Audio/Video Inputs via RCA.
That means we can plug anything into our car with this module as long it has RCA signal from the device.
With the wire that CAR LOST has ordered from Japan... How can we emulate the DVD Mode? Simply by pressing the DISC Button twice just like the Nav TV?

okay the reason the cable is not plug and play is because the nav that are in the lexus in japan (japaneeseversion )have a built in tv tuner, this cable was made for that version, our nav version does not have a tv tuner installed already,if you find a thread with the pic of a nav that japanese version you will see that the back is different, the connector are not in the same place, i have a modify version of the cable you have car-lost, but the cable itself wont make video appear on the screen other things must happen at the same time, I will be working hard at this to try and get it to work , but i don't wanna get anyone hopes up,

yeah...but by parts i meant everything? how much is everything going to cost you total? i guess the hardware, minus the dvd changer, since you can get one of those anywhere
