No you have to go to the Lexus dealer to program them. Did you record the serial numbers of the new sensors? If you didn't they will have to break the bead to get the info for each sensor. My dealer charges CN$80.00 just for programing.

Whats the threashold for the "built in" pressure? I'm running 39 psi front40 psi rear I know thats more than recommeded and I'm not getting any warnings from the system. I forget what the recommended pressure is...

Ya I know its posted there. but I just prefer to run higher, I've been doing that with all my cars and I havent ran into any problems. Getting good milage... good tire wear... just personal preference.
I'm just curious at what point above or below the recommended pressure will the sesnors start yelling at me.

I think somewhere near 10 below makes the suckers go crazy.
I dont think theres a alarm for too much air because I accidently filled each of my front two to 50psi each...i went by what it said on the tire, but then got home...realized what I did...and deflated each one to around 35..

I run at 38psi. Dealership did the 5k service and lowered it to 35psi. 2 weeks later and the sensors go off on a cold morning at 34psi.
Now every service I have a printed piece of paper saying no carwash and set the psi to 38psi. 35psi I was getting 2mpg less on the highway---yes alittle more cushion but also more rolling on the turns

Ya I got the warning go off on me when my rear went to 27psi... after getting a nail but I wonder if it complains if the pressure is too high. I guess I can try but Nah... dont want to.

Wow, $120 for just registering the sensors? Maybe this includes the labor to break down each tire to write down the sensor ID. I know it takes less than 5 mintues to registers the sensors when you know each sensor ID.

Lexus labor only to:
a. Install the sensors on my 2nd (winter) set of oem rims
b. Wrap the tires on the rims
c. Balance
d. Mount
$469 plus tax.
Parts by me:
a. Rims - OEM from a Lexus newbie who changed his rims: $700 (great deal)
b. Sensors $350 + tax (My Lexus dealer wanted $149 EACH)
c. Tires $800
Lexus hasn't advised how much the swap-out will be each subsequent spring and autumn....

Had my 2nd set of sensors registered when I did an oil change at Tustin Lexus and they did them for free. Didn't even have to ask for a discount, the service writer just said "no problem"
$120 seems like a ripoff to me since that works out to around 2 hrs labor, which it doesnt take that long to do.
