Help! Changing Lights On Rear License Plate.
I Have Xtra Bulbs! So I Want To Change The Lights On The Rear Where It Illuminates The License Plate! Has Anyone Changed Them? Is There A DIY? Or Is It Pretty Simple? Havent Checked Under There Myself Yet! Thanks.

I dont know about the new IS but I know on the 300 is was pretty easy as soon as you found how to get to it. Hope someone can help you.

i believe they are already LED's for the rear license plate... why would you want to change them?

Yea, they are LED and they are bright enough already, why do you want to change them??

Dont have an IS but if it is anything like the 3GS, the LEDs are not removable. On the 3GS, the LEDs are soldered to a circuit board assembly

what color are you thinking of changing it to? i was thinking of doing blue myself but i want to see how it looks before i buy the bulbs.

i think the easiest way would be with some transparent colored vinyl.
