Default Which Stock Tires Did You Get?

Just curious as my car already had upgraded rims (the g-spyders). I think the tires are not the typical stockies either. My tires are 255-40-18 and 225-40-18,is this the typical size? I think it's a bit wider. Also they are Bridgestone Potenza RE050, is this the same model that comes stock?

Dunlop Maax A's on my G-Spyders. Although they perform well in the twisties I find they are a bit noisy on the typical Texas rural roads which tend to use a coarse road surface. When replacement time comes I might go for something a bit quieter, even if I have to give up some performance. Any suggestions?

I too have upgraded rims, but the ISP ones, and mine came with Bridgestone

The orange rust(?) is because I just gave her a bath and haven't been out driving since.

My 07 IS250 came with the g-spyders and the same Bridgestone tires as yours.

I like the bridgestone's. They perform well. Road noise is one of those things that I suppose is a personal deal. I dont think they are particularly noisey, but I dont have your roads or ears.

Both the Bridgestones and the Dunlops are stock issue tires, and it's not dependent on which wheel or package you get - they were randomly installed. Some got Bridgestones, others got Dunlops...

No, those are the standard tire sizes that Lexus ships with the 18" wheels.
