Default Anyone have this OEM shift ****

Saw this on IS300.net, really liked it because its black thus matching my car interior, and I didnt like how the normal one is that gray with chrome insert (especially dont like the chrome on top). Does anyone have this shift **** with installed pics?

I think the stock one looks cool and no need to change to something similar but just Leather look...

count me in for one of those. looks like a hacky sack, but better than obsessing over the shiny plastic.
