I had a similar problem..
And from what I understand my Nokia 6265i is a newer phone and I was having the same problem. After all of my trouble it was my blue tooth in the phone was just flakey. I have since got a replacement for the phone and everything seems to by synching up.

dunno how big of a phone book you guys have, but i had a great amount of numbers and it took forever.. i finally quit and only half of it showed up.. i think it's faster to just enter all the numbers yourself

I have the same phone. Since you replaced that faulty Nokia 6265i phone it has been fine? Does the bluetooth on the IS work well with that phone? Do all the features work? Does the phone book transfer well all at once or only one at a time. I look forward to getting my car and using the bluetooth connection.
