3R4 is moonshell mica, which is available on the ES350. it's not a bad looking color, but one of those colors that you have to love before you decide to get it. here are some pics from the ES forum:

So its not really pink. I guess they nee to offer that color on the american 2IS. I really like it.

Its not pink and i think the color looks good. Looks better than the puke green color.
