Any Texas owners without front liscense plate?

Hey all you Texas people!!! Forgive my off-topic post, but I've noticed that there are several Sewell and Park Place clients posting here. If you're in the DFW area and are interesteed in having a meet, I encourage you to visit the Southwest forum, and post any ideas you may have along those lines in this thread. We're having trouble getting people together, and I think we could get a good showing simply from 2nd gen IS's judging by this thread. Thanks!

Got my IS350 at Park Place Grapevine without a front plate and have been driving in the DFW area for 8 months without getting a ticket. Well I did get a speeding ticket, but nothing for the missing front plate.
By the way I work in the Crescent building north of downtown Dallas and I would say 75% of the MB, BMW, Lexus, Porsche, or [insert whatever other sporty pricey car name here] don't have front plates.

Sewell doesn't care about the front plate. We bought our car there and they left it up to me to install it. My wife and I really wanted to leave the plate off the front, but decided in the end that we're not moving out of the state anytime soon and would just be giving the cops a reason to pull us over if we leave it off. I think the car looks 
with it on, but at least we're legal.
