Im not an electrician or a lexus tec... But from what im understanding there is a controller to reduce wires correct? If there is a controller and lexus` outside the us have this "mod" then if we hook our cars up to the lexus computers there should be a code or option in which we can change around the restriction of only letting the lights go on with the low beams. I am just throwing this out there i can be 100% wrong. One last thing to back up what i just said if all our is` are wired exactly the same usa, taiwan, japan then this can definatly be done.
