Europe
From what I've been reading not exactly, but it is pretty close. There seem to be differences between the different states in the US as well (in option combo's). I especially enjoy the fact that I can open AND close my windows by using the key-fob .
In addition, I think all US ISs come with a sunroof, which is an option here (in The Netherlands), the US members may also be surprised to hear that leather seats are an extra - my IS250 RWD does not have them. Under EU-measurements the IS250 has 208 HP, whilst all US websites quote the IS250 as having 204 HP, but as mentioned that is probably down to a difference in measuring HP. That is all I can think of for the moment.
You would probably be best served to check out your local website for specs and compare it with lexus.com for specs (you would need to enter a zip-code in the US to get the local specs). Good luck
