this happend with the lexus i bought from lexus of bellevue in Seattle. I told them to remove it and they tried, saw the holes, and rescrewed it in. they overtightened and drove in the two licence plate screws. Long story short, I made the dealership replace the bumper on my brand new lexus. Cost to them was only 475$ (painted and installed) and they made such a moan about it we built a website until they would take care of it. well they did. Thanks to my buddy bill long in albuquerque, but Lexus of bllevue is a bunch of Losers and Liars. They are independent lexus dealer and do not fall under lexus dealers association and do not need to comply with lexus standard. Do you self a favor and do not buy a lexus from lexus of bellevue. They ruined a good thing, and made my wife cry. Not cool.
