The two local Toyota dealers didn't have that part in stock, and Lexus is 60 miles away, so I found something at Advance Auto Parts that works just fine. The brand was Rivet-Tite, nylon screw rivets, .310" diameter, and they came in a package of two (how fortunate) for only $1.88. Thanks again for everyone's input!!!

Was doing a little research since I just found out I'm missing two of these clips on my right rear mudflap (causing it to hang down). According to this diagram: http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/compone...5-03-1394.html the part number for the clips is 75867-30120. Probably the same part that Javy mentioned (75867-30130), but just in case I wanted to add this to the thread.
