Default switching mp3 folders

Does anyone know how to select the next MP3 folder while driving? If I hold down the next track button on the steering wheel the system will switch to the next CD. I want it to stay on the same CD but go to the next folder.

You can't do it with the steering wheel controls but you can change while driving while holding the I think the seek or tuner button by the radio. If you look close it says folder next to the button.

duh! you're actually changing tracks, not folders, which happen to be in the prev/next folder.
