Other steps of the installation process are pretty much standard. We sprayed some windex on the adhesive tapes that comes with the spoiler and let it kinda "glide" on the trunk surface for proper positioning purpose. After the position is secured and the three screws are bolted on, a heat gun is used to ensure both end as well as the rest of the of the spoiler properly stick to the trunk surface.

Hope this helps with your installation.
Why do you need adhesive tape in addition to the screws? Will the ends of the spoiler not lay flush without tape?

Tape that came originally with the spoiler, not in addition to the screws.

Without the tape attaching the spoiler to the surface, two end will certainly slightly stick up instead.

Hmmm, that's disappointing for an OEM spoiler... Oh well, whatever...

Here's how I did mine. First I dremeled off the screws. However, this was kind of the cool part. I didn't have a great bit so I was just using force with a crappy bit. Well after about 2min, on one screw the base holding the screw got so hot that you could pull the whole screw out like butter. Then I filed down any edges where the screw was previously at. Then i put the red 3m tape that you get at an auto store inside the spaces that the stock tape didn't cover. Then just stuck it on. Didn't have to use any screws or drill.

looks good too.

just updated his cell phone number in the thread, changed as of today, i know a lot of people are interested in having shocks/spoilers/GFS kit to be installed for a discounted price, and his excellent service can come in handy for people on limited budget.
