But yeah..sold the m3...it was getting out of warranty haha. I picked up an 03 350Z track a few months ago...but Im looking to sell it soon and maybe pick up a IS350

Haha...to tell you the truth, its pretty much a def...but there's only 2 variables ,or options rather, that are holding me back...
#1 335i coupe
A nice turbo coupe...but pricey for what it is (I had a m3, so thats my BMW benchmark)...If it was offered in SMG, I would be more sold on it.
#2 IS coupe....
Still no official word on a coupe....IS500 (sedan) wont be available until dec 07, and thats too long for me to wait.
sigh..decisions decisions...

^^ I must admit, the M3 is a fantastic car, and as much potential as the new 335i coupe is, it doesn't have the feel and the style that the E46 M3 has for some reason. IMO, even the old 330CI had some presence, and the new coupe just seems so bland in a sense.
Just get an IS350 for now, you won't regret.

i was in taiwan over the summer during april-may. while over there.. i was counting how many 1is' and 2is' i saw. from what i recall, i saw over a dozen 1is'.. and less than a dozen of the 2is'. there was a decent decked out white cwest 1is in taipei somewhere. i even checked out the taipei lexus dealer.. i have a few pics on the camera somewhere. and yes.. the sales lady told me the base is250 started at roughly $50k us dollars.
i'm in houston too.. whenever we throw i-s meets, i bring the 300 to those b/c the 350 is stock. the nicest suped up 2is here is glilly's grey pimp 350!
