Default will this offset work?

will this offset work on a IS250? thanks in advance
19x10 with a +30mm , currently i have 19x9.5 with a 38mm..........

are you talking about the front, rears, or both?

Regardless, I don't think they'll work anywhere as that offset is too low.

rears, it pushes it out and additional 14mm or so, yeah it would be pushing it.............i really dont want to role my fenders.

19x10 with 30 offset will not fit even if you roll the fender. 19x9.5 with the 38offset will fit perfectly in the back.

Yup. I've got 9.5" with +40's in the rear and I can't see going much more than that as it is perfectly flush.

I've got 8.5" +40 and they're very close to flush also. Once you start to get into the +30's, the wheel will start to go past flush.

They're 18"s with 235/40/18 tires, which are very slightly oversized. I had a very minor rub with the fender liner in the back of the fender well (not the fender itself) but that was taken care of very easily with a heat gun.
