Go for IS250RWD Sport or Infiniti G35 Sport

Base on your budget, I have to go with G like everyone else. No way I will spend that much of money for a powerless car. I test drove a 250 before getting my 350, and 250 was terrible. I stepped the gas pedal hardddd and the car just wouldn't go the way I wanted. Besides, the G has nice stock exhaust sound

I'd get a camry, accord, altima, or even a hyundai sonata before the IS250...
Besides the Lexus badge, the 250's got nothing on those aforementioned vehicles besides the badge.

Same with me. Its a sad day when the ES is faster than any IS.
If you can't get an IS350 just go for the G35. Bigger backseat, better handling as others have said, and much more power. To me it would be a no brainer.
G35 vs. IS350 would be a much more difficult choice.

+1 also for the '07G - and I'm not an Infiniti fan by any means, but the IS250 is just not in the same ballpark. If you like the IS250 so much, go shopping for the IS350 and get a great deal - they are out there. You're better off w/the IS350 then the '07G by far, but if you really only have [X] to spend which includes the IS250 and a G - then get the G.

Based on my budget and similar features/tech goodies, I'm thinking of buying either an IS 250 RWD with the Sport package or an Infitinit G35 Sport. My wife and I test drove both cars. We both liked the styling and luxurious finish of the IS250. I did not like that it only has 204hp and she did not like the cramp back seat. As for the G35, I liked the power (306hp) and handling and she like the roominess of the interior. I did not like the styling as compared to IS 250.
Right now, we're (actually me more than her) confused as to what we should go for.
I would appreciate any inputs as to pros and cons of an IS 250RWD Sport versus a G35 Sport.

After I closing the door of that G, it felt hollow no comparison to how solid and tight the Lexus feels. Besides you get 24-32 ++ mpg on an IS250.

Between the IS250 and the new G35, I would go with the G35 without thinking twice about it. The IS may have a bit of a nicer interior, but the new G is MUCH improved from the last generation and the performance isn't even comprable between the G and the 250. Now if you throw in a 350 into the mix, that's another story all together.

This is a no brainer for me as much as i liked the looks of the 06 G35 coupes, i cant stand the new 07 models. Dont think i'd like to get up in the morning to look at that car. But than again styling is in the eye of the beholder. If you like the looks of the G35 than go for the G35. Considering it has more power than the IS250.
