I'd definitely let the dealer take a look at it. If the TSB isn't applicable to your car, they can also check the sensors. An excessively rich F/A mixture can also cause the catalytic converter to produce a sulfur smell.
And for the TSB I've seen it before, but mines an 07 u think they may be nice and fix it either way?
