any one out there with the 6speed trans? i have one question i am at 3600 miles with my is250 and my 2nd gear seems to alway make a cluck nosie when i shift kinda fast. at slow shift it seems still a little rought, but doesnt seem to have that cluck noise. this only occurs in 2nd gear all other gears seem to be smooth.help any advise to what this problem maybe. gear oil need to be changed? or something

i got the same problem and im at 11k miles.. i guess its normal

My friend said his synchros were messed up after only six months of ownership, and he doesn't drive it hard...

i changed my tranny fluid to redline.. it felt smoother but later on it came back. haha i think.. or its all in my head

i was going to guess synchros but it seemed to be too early for that type of issue... it would suck to have synchros go out at 11k

besides redline... synchromesh works really well also.. you can get it at pepboys or autozone.
