XenonDepot is having a GB right now for hid kits, the parking light leds should be like $10 and it seems that you can get the bulb replacement for anywhere between $150-250 depending on where. so based on this, from stock to 6000k, you could replace the whole front lighting for $600-700.
I'm in Canada where everything costs more. I already purchased the Nokya 7000K bulbs for the drl and some bulbs for the parking lights that CaThaFer directed me to.

The difference between the 4300K and 6000K kits for the fogs is about $80. Since I'm buying and installing from the same place I do save a bit on the installation charge and they will also be changing out the other bulbs for me. To get the 6000K D4S bulbs shipped up here I figure it's close to $400.

So changing to 6000k bulbs would not make a difference?

It'll definitely make a difference. The upper cut-off line will still probably be a little whiter than the rest of the light from the 6000k but it probably won't be yellow.

Changing out the bulb wouldnt do anything to your wiring. The only time you maybe have a problem is if your car isn't equip with HID from the factory and you put an aftermarket KIT in the car. If you have a kit you might need a wiring harness but most of the time people don't. The reason is because the ballast draw a lot of current on start up and your non-hid car wiring might not be strong enough for it.

I guess I have to decide if it's worth the extra $500-600. Hmm.........

Anbody know who stocks these in the US? I've checked all the 'usual' vendors and they don't have them yet.

Yup, i'll be sure to post some pics. They will most likely be up on sat/sun (my apologies for posting them up so late). Going snowboarding Friday and have work on Sat...oh geez, i'm going to hate work on sat from all the boarding.

Then it's a poorly designed circuit. The fuse is there to protect the wiring from melting thus causing a fire.

I'm assuming the above are the Klight 6000k bulbs correct, not the Xenonvalot ones?

Anyone have a picture of the Xenonvalot 6000k bulbs installed?

Hahaha... that's the funniest thing I ever heard..
No, changing your HID bulbs with the same Wattage won't burn your wires/harness.

I'm not sure if xenon velot D4S bulbs are really 6000K though..
i often go to hidplanet.com forums, and some said they are just the same 4300K, but some others think they are 6000K. Hmm...
