Default Need Help. Vaistech not recognized

I've followed the instructions and tried CD and CD/MP3 mode, but i don't hear a beap and CD2 to play my ipod doesn't show up.

The first time i plugged it in i saw 'loading', but no beeps and no sound from the ipod.

What am i missing? I've been over the manual several times and haven't missed anything. TIA

Thanks..didn't think of that.

I actually got it to work..I'll post my findings for anyone who reads this.

The problem was that i had the beep disabled on my nav unit. For some reason the Vaistech unit wouldn't initialize unless the beep was enabled. After turning on the beep it worked the very first time after doing the same thing I had been doing for 6 tries in a row.

Yup... it sometimes go down by itself.
Sometimes toggle the CD button for a few times would work, and once a while it just needs to be reloaded the program into vehicle's audio control unit by ticking the dipswitch.

You will get used of it very soon
