I placed my order last month and still patiently waiting. Great pictures like these are a killer...

I know what you're saying... my GFM really pops under the fluorescent light in my garage too. I'd take my photos in the garage if it wasn't such a freakin dump in there...

I picked up a GFM in AWD.. and it is literally the best stock colour from any car manufacturer. I've had so many people tell me the color is wild, and if it's stock or did i have it repainted? People making comments as they walk by the car, if i'm in it or standing around a general area where i can over hear them.

I liked the way the 2IS looked when it came out, but when I saw this colour, it was a must have! So I gave the '03 A4 to my parents and BOOM next day, purchased the GFM and waited 1 month for it. I was told, I was the ONLY 2007 GFM IS250 AWD w/NAV in All of Canada. No one else has one... Was told by 2 dealers, that there was only 1 coming in.

The pictures are great, but really don't do the colour justice!

different cars are available in different areas. special order for you may not be special order for someone else.

I'm not sure how it is in the US. But in Canada, dealerships share the same pool of cars that are available. Lexus Japan designates which vehicles are destined for Canada and it's up to the dealers to pick from that pool which cars they want. Dealerships know, what cars are available, and once they scoop it up, other dealers know who has what.

So in my case, the 07 GFM AWD w/NAV was the only vehicle on the '07 destined to Canada. If someone wants one later on, then mine won't be so special anymore.

The dealer told me they searched the whole nation. He found plenty of 07 GFM 250, but not a single 07 GFM 350. Let me know if you know a dealer that has one! I am tired of waiting

I had an opportunity to buy a 2007 GFM/BLK IS350 right around Thanksgiving time. It was the only one shipped to the Western region in the month of November (according to the sales person and some matrix he showed me, though who knows how true that thing was). By the time I decided I wanted it (a few days later), the car was sold. I ended up placing an order for one and now I am playing the waiting game

Cuz I bought their GFM/black 350 that came in around Thanksgiving time...

man those pics are awesome. My fiance just put in a special order for a GFM so can't wait until she gets it. The dealer said he's going to try to get it in their dealer allocation so it might only take a month

Is GFM really getting that much harder to find? When I bought my '06 350 in July, I had at least 2-3 GFM to choose from at every dealer, and in every option level. Throw in 250's and the choices doubled. I was actually kinda worried the color was a slow seller but I'm glad I went for it.

so mad..... when i checked out GFM on the online site it looked silver... so I got crystal white... only found out what it really looked like after i got my car.

Irishman, I went to Lexus of Sacramento (that is where I ordered mine from). I did not ask where the one he had available would be coming from, mainly because at the time I was not sure exactly which color I wanted, though I *believe* he said I could have it that night. His numbers sheet might have meant "there was only one GFM/Black with the options you want that came in in November". I am ordering mine with PT, HL, FT, LR, Z1.

If you have my car, kindly return it to the dealer so that I can buy what is rightfully mine
