Default Headrest monitor

I got a question, i have access to touchscreen headrest monitors but i have a problem the dimensions of the whole monitor is 8 1/4 x 5 1/4. When i measured my headrests i think it was just about that width. it may leave about 1/4 inch of headrest so it pretty much would completly take upthe entire stock headrest which i dont want to do. I asked lexus today if they made a bigger headrest but they said they dont so i am still trying to find a way to get those. Would you guys know of any other ways i could put those in.

i know of a way to share the DVD Video signal ONLY from the OE HU to other monitors...

This will require regular NTSC Video Monitors.
