The blue is BEAUTIFUL, but from the cutoff patterns it seems like it outputs significantly less light than stock?

Looking at the cut off picture I still see a tiny bit of yellow on the 6000K side, though it could just be my eyes. I think I will keep my stock HID, with its greater light output, and put on 4300K HID Fogs. And I'll save like $500.

There is no yellow at all in the 6000K. The picture was taken at a wrong angle. Both cars weren't lined up properly.

fyi- the visible light lost from oem 4300k to 6000k is roughly 12%. naturally if you go with a higher temp, the loss increases.

as far as the # of lumens being emitted - the 6k output is still more than double that of traditional 55 watt halogen bulbs. the 4300k is roughly triple.
