I never said it's not lower. Just a little.
I can't find any side shot. But...I do have pictures of a IS with TOM'S Side & Rear with the OEM front lip. Kinda gives you an idea. It's not much lower, just a little bit. But not enough to warrant a "problem" of unevenness.

I can tell the slight difference in the side skirts, but just because I'm really trying to tell what's different. Joe Shmoe will not be able to tell. I was going to get just the rear bumper piece, but apparently Breakwater Blue is not a JDM color, so it's not available pre-painted and I'm not sure if I want to go through the trouble of finding a body shop to color match it for me.

Although this person opt to fully paint it. Here is the rear.
They do offer Breakwater Blue in Japan. It's just not one of the "popular" colors. So I guess TOM's figured it' not worth it to offer the color.
