If you make that sweeping observation of me and other members again, I'll give you two weeks of blinders from the forum You have a beef with certain members approach and opinions... that's understandable and fine. It does not apply to everyone.

Knock off the broad brush stereotypes.

This message board is littered with broad brush stereotypical statements, no? That's the primary reason behind a lot of the things I say.

True story:

When your friend's wife sits in your Lexus for the first time and says "I wish we would have never bought our G35 now."

True story:

when your boss sits in your car, and says "well I needed a car right away, so I went with the z4. I wish I had waited 4 more months."

It seems like this thread was getting out of control..but its back to normal now...i think.

this one is specifically for for the IS350

when you run a 13.6 at the dragstrip and you tell people that it's stock when they asked but they don't believe you. They going to look under the hood to see if you're hiding the nitrous lines.

Saw a green Soarer (yes, it had the badge) today on the way to school.

Pride is a personal attribute. It's good for your sole and image.
You really can't have too much unless it becomes arrogance.
I have yet to drive another car I would be more proud to own than my Lexus.

Interesting perspective. This is what was sorely lacking from my Infiniti [besides quality]: Prestige. Nevertheless, prestige is defined by what attributes him/herself assign to vehicle ownership, so there is no correct answer.

When I passed a BMW on the freeway, and he speeded up just to get a good look at my 350.

I started this thread more as a fun thing for everyone, I own a dsm and we have a list just like this but it's all negative and no one got butthurt about it, so people need to calm down a little ,its all fun and games guys, no need for negativity!

True enough, but that point is different for each person who reads it.

Ah well, here's my contribution (in the spirit of being fun):

When the guy who lives across the street walks over while you're giving it a wash, and asks if you "wanna drag" with his SSR.
