Default Fabulous Wheels on L-Tuned Website

I found this pic on the l-tuned web site but in the Contact US section, I did not come across any email to contact them so I thought of posting my questions here.

1. Are these staggered? In the picture the rear wheels seem to have a lip.
2. The price on their web site is $1295, presumably for 1 wheel. Would they give any discount to CL members?
3. Are these wheels hub centric?

Here is the link and I wonder if the wheels in the picture are the same as the ones in the link. They look so much better on the IS!

I like everything about these wheels except the price!

That was a quick turnaround. I kinda like em, but they're pricey.

I like 'em, but only if your IS is one of the darker colors. Put these on SP, GFM, or TS and it'll just look tacky.

Yup, very pricey and the fact that there are after market doesnt and there may be possible vibration/fitment issues led me to go for the hassle-free OEM Lexus wheels.

I like them. A little spice added to classic 5-spoke design. If it weren't in chrome, it'd give you less of that 'blingy' feeling.
