Default After December to Remember

Quick question. I know during the December to Remembe Lexus may offer better deals on the IS like dropping the money factor from .00275 to .00225, or giving a bigger discount of MSRP. But what I'm wondering is after the December to remember does Lexus still offer the same kinds of deals or does the money factor and everything generally go back to what they were before. I assume if anything the deals should get a little better as we will be in 2007 and the car won't be as new.
I planning on leasing my IS sometime in February-March so I'm curious what the deals will be like by then.

Who knows what the deal will be later. I just got a '07 IS250 AWD for $33,000 and the MSRP was $36,522 a couple weeks ago. Got it at the end of November and the "December to Remember" had started already. The dealer was in East Haven, CT.

Not only are you taking a chance on missing out on the lower money factors, but you may also pay more due to the residual value dropping. It may or may not drop depending on what Lexus Financial Services decides to do. If the residual does drop, expect it to drop about 1%.

The money factor goes back up and the residual will most likely change as well. Now's the best time, don't wait.

What options did you have on your car and which dealer did you go to?

From what I'm hearing it seems like the lease deals won't be as good as they are now because of the money factor probably going up and the residual dropping. As much as I would love to get my IS before the December to Remember finishes I can't. I have my money tied up elsewhere but around early February everything should be good to go. I'm looking to lease a IS250 AWD with HID's which have an MSRP of about $35160. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get at lease $2500-$3000 off to compensate for the worse residuals and money factor.

I got it with the HID's, wood trim, and preferred accessory package. I got it at McDermott Lexus in East Haven, CT and paid cash. So, I don't know what lease deals they had.

Got an initial quote of $33,485 through email. I was able to get it down to $33k even, at the dealership.
