Default Does anyone know where I can get the Redout-Taillight done? or...

I live in Fullerton, CA 92833. I was wondering if anyone knew a place or a person that can do the redout-taillight for me. I am really bad at these things so I do not want to do it. Thx.

It's real easy to do. You can't mess this up. Someone in Cali please help him out it doesn't take but 15-20 minutes to do both sides.

go to
rvinyl.com

they are precut and you just stick them on. It's easy. I just ordered some from there.

What is the redout-tailight mod? I've heard it mentioned bunch of times, but never knew what it does.

It's either a piece of vinyl (Rvinyl) or film (aerotech) that goes over the amber portion of the rear lights and make it appear red.

They are pre-cut from rvinyl.com. Cliff notes of what you do:

Clean the outside of the light with alcohol (isopropyl mixed w/water).
Remove the paper backing, position it over the amber part of light.
Lay the "sticker" down carefully to avoid bubbles, smoothing as you go.
Use small squegee or the side of a credit card, to smooth it out fully.
Wait a few minutes, then remove the plastic backing.
Done.

why do you need a stencil when its pre-cut? so.... does rvinyl.com provide a pre-cut vinyl or no?
