love the van! I think that its a good idea to have a car that if you have some stuff or people you would not want in your "nicer" cars you should have a alternative option.

Mini vans look hot done up in a VIP style

My friend tried to G-Tech my car as well but as soon as we hooked it up it started doing funny things and messing with my cars display. You know where the gas reading, and temp stuff shows.

He assured me it was okay, but as soon we plugged it up it swapped over to the gear display and I wasn't comfortable with that gadget hooked up. I am sure it can't do any real damage but my car was BRAND new at the time. He said it had something to do with the cig. lighter, that the power to it might be split with something else (like the lights that go around the ashtray?). Anyway, I would be curious to know what a G-Tech 1/4 mile would say in the IS350.

Van comment - Kia van at our house...my 3 kids tear it up but what the heck its a Kia! BTE it really is a decent van...82000 miles and only oil changes....BMW engine design.

Thanks for the BMW insights!

It so funny how this forum has class act compare to e90post forum on the subject of 335i vs 350. They bash lexus and other maker like bmw are the best. Lexus is toyota and Daimler Chrysler make Benz is the only think keep bring up, so i guess if you drive an Audi than i guess more prop to you since they make Lamborghini's. I guess i have enough of their narrow minded. What more funny is the die hard bmw owner that bash the most are the 325i owner. Gosh, they barely made into the bmw club. I myself use to drive 1997 328i and think it drive ok. Now my sister have X5 it's pretty nice ride but have many problems. I am sure that if anyone look into buying a Benz, audi and lexus, i am so sure they can afford bmw but just not there cup of tea. The point all this is i don't diss car, i enjoy it like a work of art. Thanks for hearing my runt........

IS350 for me...

I could have got a 335i but truth be told I just really do not like the BMW line all that much. They look good but I really hate the overall look of the interior. Plus the first year of a car can be problematic...add those turbos in and the high repair costs of a BMW and it is out of my list.

I also think you pay about 5k min for the name.

I have had my 350 for a year so I would take the 335 for a yaer and then go back to the Lexus.

Our cars are rarer than bimmers, everyone has them these days. That is the reason why I didn't get one and very happy with my decision.

If money was not a factor, I would probably get a MB E63 or the new BMW M5. IMO, you can't go wrong with power and luxury of either car.

Default Can anyone compare the IS350 vs. the BMW 335i Sedan?

size difference? weight? feel? performance?

please comment? please compare to the 335 sedan. I know the Coupe would be quite different.

Thanks!
