Default Opinion on what wheels to get

Have opportunity to get ISPs/tires as a swap for my stockers for 1300. Yet I also like the Work Euroline FEs in 19s (3500 w/tires). Will the stock ISPs with the 225/255-40 tires ride smoother than the 275/30&235/35-19s?

for $1300?!?! thats ridiculous!

to answer your question, yes, the ISPs will ride smoother because of the thicker sidewall on the tires.

So, you are saying the Work wheels are a better deal?

You can buy the ISP online for about $1k, and keep/sell the stock wheels.

If you sell the stock wheels for $400, you'd get your ISPs for $500 net price!

If you go with the 19"s, see if you can go with 265/35/19's in the rear. The 275/30's are smaller than stock (and the 235/35/19"s are larger than stock.)

This will have a couple of negative consequences:
1. You're reducing the stock stagger (in terms of overall diameter) front to rear.
2. You're increasing the stock stagger (in terms of the width differential) front to rear.

The former may affect the vdim, vsc, abs, etc... The latter will increase your cars tendency to understeer, which will add to the tendency built in from the factory.

Problem solved. Getting ISPs for less than 1k. Selling stockers for $300. Best I could do. I will post pics after I swap them out.
