I believe that Sport is still available, but in a smaller supply because the demand is smaller.

IMO the ride without "sport-tuned" suspension is already firm for daily driving (altho not stiff). If you want it to be sportier, many people have upgraded their suspension with aftermarket coilovers with height adjustability, so the OEM sport-tuned suspension seem to be useless.

Other differences seem to be very minor to me, so I honestly would not bother to look for a Sport Package.

anyone else know anything about this? after spending a good part of my work day on the phone it seems like they are either saying that lexus just doesnt make sport package anymore, or its impossible to get cuz of low demand/build numbers. Or does anyone know if its a regional thing maybe? im in Socal. there seems to be a lot of is350's with Xpackage and premium package. Can anyone shed some light? and for the record i think the sotck suspension is good, but still a bit on the soft side of things, and since ill most likely be leasing i dont plan to modify the car.

Sport is available. It is usually packaged now as the X-Package. However, you can get the "regular" sports package, which has less aesthetic add-ons, through certain regional allocations, or through Special Orders.

Good luck and I hope you find what you're looking for.
