Will This IS350 combo happen?
well basically i've been trying to get an 07 is350. I've been trying to get a model with sport package, navigation, black interior and either glacier frost or black sapphire for the exterior. The salesperson says that trying to get that through dealer allocation is going to be really really tough. Anybody have any ex[perience with that? I don't want to special order it though cuz im not going to wait 3-4 months.

"suppositly" the 350's are hard to find... you may just have to order it... when i bought my car 2 weeks ago... the guy selling me it showed me the inventory he was getting in and there were only like 6 350's available on the east coast but like 25 250's... not sure why but to make sure you get it... it's better 3 months than never

hey i had this problem also. my dad was trying to get me a black one with xpackage, but we had to settle for silver, cause keyes couldn't pull off a dealer trade cause there were no 350's in california with x in black. so i went to vista and got their silver one. which was the only 350 with x that we had found. i didn't wanna order, or buy online or anything. i suggest that you start trimming down your options a little bit. you might find one, but with the wrong interior, or find one but without the right package etc. just try settling for something that would make you happy. do i wish i wanted black? yes at times, but hell, i still love my car no matter what!

AM1, I am in the same situation as you (albeit with a different configuration). I am waiting for a Glacier Frost Mica/Black. The dealer has called me and told me that a GFM in the configuration I want is not available on his allocation (this happened twice so far in one month). I am considering switching to the Starfire Pearl/Black, which the dealer said would be on the lot for me by December 30. The Starfire Pearl is kind of bright, though...so I am still thinking about it...

hey ron IS350 even though its probably too late, i know lexus of newport beach has an is350 with xpackage,nav,and premium black/black. i just dont want a common color, cuz i have a feeling there will be a lot of x package cars soon.....

The reason it is tough to find the 350 with those specs is because its so popular. All the dealerships I went to had very few 350s every other model was abundant except for the IS and GS which were scarce

Interesting, I haven't seen a '07 sport pkg IS350 on a dealers lot lately, or any 350s for that matter. I once saw a X-pkg 350 come off the truck with all the plastic still on, but I'm sure it didn't last long. You're probably better off special ordering and getting exactly what you want, since the 350s seems to be in such high demand . . .

I waited over a month for my combination... and I would have waited even longer. Dealer said it was very hard to get Sports Pack/Nav/ML with Glacier Frost.. not sure if he was BSing or what.
